Delivery

All orders are shipped from our Westport base via Courier Post/NZ Post. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of placement. You will receive confirmation once it has been shipped, with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns and Refund Policy

All products listed on our website are covered by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

If your purchased items are faulty or damaged, please email store@oldghostroad.org.nz to arrange replacement.

Incorrect Goods

If you have received the wrong product we will arrange an exchange or refund once the incorrect item has been returned in a resalable condition.

Change of Mind

Some products are eligible for return if you change your mind; some products are made to order and therefore are not elibile for return unless damaged or faulty. These non-returnable, made to order items will be identified in the item description.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To return an item please email store@oldghostroad.org.nz with your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
